The full roadmap

Here’s exactly how we help you get more calls: no jargon, no guesswork, no shortcuts.

This is the real sequence we follow with every client. We get the basics right first, then build traffic on top of them one sensible step at a time.

The four phases

Build the foundation. Then turn on the traffic.

Not every business needs every phase on day one. The order still matters, because each part makes the next one work better.

Phase 1 — Foundation
Give people somewhere solid to land
Weeks 1–4

What happens

We claim and properly set up your Google listing. If your current website is genuinely holding you back, we build a new one. We do not replace a decent site just for the sake of it.

What it gives you

A place worth sending people to: real job photos, an easy way to get in touch, and a listing that both Google and customers can trust.

Realistic timeline

Google listing improvements can go live within days. A new website normally takes 2–4 weeks to build properly.

Phase 2 — Getting found for free
Build the part that keeps working in the background
Month 1 onward · ongoing

What happens

We improve your listing and website for local searches, help you build up reviews, and make sure your business details match everywhere online.

What it gives you

Ongoing traffic from nearby people already searching for your kind of work. It sits underneath your advertising and does not charge you for every click.

Realistic timeline

Small movement can show in 6–8 weeks. Noticeable traction usually takes 3–6 months. It builds over time, but it is never instant and no one can guarantee a position on Google.

Phase 3 — Paid search
Meet people who are searching right now
Once the foundation is solid

What happens

We run Google Ads aimed at people actively searching for a business like yours in the areas you serve.

What it gives you

A faster route to high-intent enquiries. These are people already looking for help, rather than people we have interrupted while they are doing something else.

Realistic timeline

Ads can start bringing calls within days of launch. The first 2–4 weeks are a testing period while we learn what brings the right leads at a sensible cost.

Phase 4 — Staying visible
Stay in mind after the first visit
Alongside or after Phase 3

What happens

We run ads in Facebook and Instagram feeds and stories. We can also show ads again to people who visited your site but did not get in touch.

What it gives you

More familiarity with your name, plus another chance to reach the people who were interested but were not ready to call the first time.

Realistic timeline

Campaigns launch quickly. Like Google Ads, allow 2–4 weeks of testing before the results settle into a steadier pattern.

Why this order matters

Ads send people to your website or Google listing. If either one is slow, broken or missing the basics, you are paying to send people to a bad experience.

That is why the foundation comes first. Jumping straight to adverts on a shaky foundation is one of the most common ways trade businesses waste marketing money.

Think of it like a destination and the roads that lead there.

Your listing and website

The destination. It needs to look trustworthy and make getting in touch easy.

SEO

The free road. Slower to build, but it keeps working once it is there.

Google Ads

The fast lane to people searching for your service right now.

Meta Ads

The reminder that keeps you visible, even when people are not actively searching.

A realistic timeline

Think in months, not days.

Most owners start seeing a genuine shift within 60–90 days of the foundation going live: more calls, more listing views and a clearer picture of what is working.

60–90 days

Enough time to see the early direction: whether visibility, enquiries and campaign quality are moving the right way.

6–12 months

A more honest picture for meaningful, compounding growth. It is not a 6–12 day fix.

The promise we are comfortable making

We will never promise a number of jobs or leads. What we can promise is steady, visible progress you can see for yourself every month, and total honesty the moment something is not working.

Monthly reporting

The numbers we show you every month
